The Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive Marrakech
Welcome and assistsance on your arrival to Marrakech Airport. Transfer to hotel with rest of the day and evening at leisure. Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel. (D)

Day 2 : Marrakech-Ouzoud Waterfalls-Iminifri
Departure by 4x4 cars under the assistance of your guide towards The Cascades d'Ouzoud the most famous waterfalls in Morocco, the area is quite impressive with a total 100 meters fall. Lunch (optional) on the spot. PM : Departure to reach the famous lake of Bin El Ouidane, you will drive through magnificent mountain roads surrounded by holm oaks going along the oueds (rivers) around, then you will continue to Iminifri. Diner and accommodation at Kasbah Illy. (BD)

Day 3 : Iminifri-Kel Mgouna-Tinghir
After breakfast at hotel, we will cross the Middle Atlas to reach a splendid small town of Kelâa M Gouna, an oasis in the Dades valley well known for its yearly festival of Roses in May from where the alternative name of the area comes from “the Valley of the Roses”. Continuation then to Tinghir famous for its magnificent Todra canyons. Lunch (optional) at a local restaurant & visit of the canyons which rocks reach an altitude of 250 meters. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. (BD)

Day 4 : Tinghir-Tinjdad-Erfoud
Breakfast at the hotel & departure via Tinjdad to Erachidia, the administrative capital for the region located between the Middle Atlas Mountains to the north and the Sahara desert to the south. Lunch (optional) at Erfoud. PM : visit of Rissani, the birthplace of the actual Alaouite Dynasty. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel. (BD) Optional: Excursion by Jeep to Merzouga sandy dunes to admire the fabulous Sun Set. Back at the end of the afternoon at your hotel

Day 5 : Erfoud-Tazzarine-Nkob-Zagora
Breakfast at hotel. Departure to Zagora via Alnif and Tazzarine, crossing the Djebel Sargho. (optional) lunch at N’Kob. Arrival at Zagora & short visit of Tamegroute and the famous library containing old books and documents dating back to the 12th century. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel. (BD)

Day 6 : Zagora - Marrakech
After breakfast, departure to Marrakech via Ouarzazate, the "gateway of the desert" with its strategic position at the crossroads of Marrakech and Agadir. Orientation tour and stop at Kabshah Taourirt for visit before continuation to Kasbah Ait Benhaddou located on the south foot of the Atlas mountain chain. Founded in the XI° century, the famous kasbah is on the UNESCO list of World Cultural Heritage. (optional) lunch on the spot. Departure to Marrakech. Dinner and accommodation. (BD)

Day 7 : Marrakech
The entire day will be devoted to visit of Marrakech, the second oldest imperial city, called “The Pearl of the South”. The historical sightseeing includes: the Menara Garden, the Saadien Tombs, the Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia and the Dar Si Said Museum. Lunch at the hotel. Afternoon visit of the souks and handicraft quarters, displaying a variety of items and the famous place Djemaa El Fna with its non stop entertainment. (BL) Optional: typical dinner at Moroccan restaurant with entertainment (belly dancer and local music)

Day 8 : Departure
Breakfast, check-out and as per your flight departure time transfer to Marrakech Airport. (B)
